This picturesque, photogenic fishing pier is part of the Boardwalk on the Laguna Madre Nature Trail in South Padre Island, Texas. The boardwalk runs 1,500 feet and crosses four acres of marshland. Bird watchers can spot many coastal and migratory birds and numerous others tempted by the berries on the fiddlewood bushes along the trail.
