Life is simply grand at the home of a British
industrialist. His beautiful daughter is on the
verge of engagement to a handsome young man with
prospects and his son is in the family business.
But then one night a knock, a stranger at the
door during dinner and complexities set in. A bit
Dickensian and relying on coincidence it is
nonetheless an intriguing tale that keeps you
